This is a great little self tester, called the Hospital Anxiety & Depression scale (HADS). It was originally designed for hospital patients but works equally well if you are out there in the big wide world. It is in the public domain. I like it because it is the only quick self user scale which reliably separates Anxiety from Depression. Please fill it in to check yourself. The “Submit” button emails this form to us, and we may contact you if you submit it. The Hads is one of the forms we ask all our new patients to complete. It is self interpreting.  Have a go!
